Position: Sales
We are forecasting a phenomenal growth in solar and other alternative energy in the upcoming months.
To keep up with demand, we are actively looking for experienced, goal orientated sales representatives to market our product and services to both Commercial and Residential clients in the Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
We have a proven track record in the solar business with engineers and seasoned owners very involved in the company.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and able to generate leads on his or her own. They must have experience in the solar industry and can represent our company well by talking with residential homeowners as well as large companies.
You will evaluate their solar needs, interview prospective clients over the phone by cold calling or marketing. Must be detail oriented to do follow up and keep a close eye on the project. You must be able to interact with the potential client and help them through every stage of the project. Customer service is vital and we want to continue our 100% satisfaction with our clients.
You will also generate additional client leads from referrals, networking, and other business development activities. You must have 1 year of outside sales experience in the solar industry. Working knowledge of how a system works is recommended.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
You must be comfortable with heights and willing and able to climb a ladder.
Compensations:
This is a commission-only opportunity in which you will earn a negotiated percent of the total sale. Other benefit package may also be included.
